About The Role:
In 2025 91天堂原創 will offer a Regulatory Change management tool to further support our clients in proving compliance and attestation. As part of this significant product development, we are looking for a Senior Sales Leader (initially an Individual Contributor), with experience in the Financial Services space to pioneer this area of growth for the business, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers, leveraging existing relationships and contacts in the space (Tier 2 and Tier 3 banks primarily). You will work closely with the Leadership team as well as product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition and pricing models based on direct customer feedback and market insights.
- Prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities within the financial services industry, with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 banks.
- Conducting detailed needs assessments to understand customer pain points and requirements.
- Crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiating contract terms and closing new business.
- Providing feedback to the product and product marketing team on feature requests, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product and customer success, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Experience and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue in a scale -up or high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of the Tier 2 and Tier 3 banking landscape, including key pain points, buying processes, and decision-makers.
- Experience in building a team from the ground up, supported by capacity models and customer/market demand.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, including the use of social selling tactics.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations, data privacy requirements, and compliance considerations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changes.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies (Jimminy, Salesloft, Zoominfo).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fintech or financial technology scale-ups with a deep understanding of the Financial Services eco-system.
- Knowledge of data analytics, BI, or RegTech solutions.
- Understanding of API-based software integration and implementation.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients or attend conferences to generate demand and build brand presence.
