The Role:

Building on its reputation for industry-leading regulatory insights and analysis, 91����ԭ�� is now expanding its coverage of legal and regulatory requirements for gambling operators and suppliers to include technical compliance requirements in regulated online gambling markets globally. As part of this expansion, 91����ԭ�� is seeking a Technical Compliance Analyst to work on the development of the forthcoming 91����ԭ�� technical compliance solution.

You are an established gambling industry professional, with a clear understanding of the challenges involved in navigating contrasting regulations and technical standards applicable to online gambling operators and/or suppliers in different jurisdictions. You are an enthusiastic problem solver, capable of ingesting complicated technical information and collaborating with other business teams to ensure these teams are fully apprised of the implications of regulatory requirements. 

You enjoy collaborating with others and sharing your technical expertise with colleagues in various departments. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to be on the front line of developing new solutions and products.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Producing accurate analysis of  technical compliance requirements across multiple regulated gambling jurisdictions
• Monitoring regulatory authorities for release of updated rules and standards
• Applying subject matter expertise on technical compliance requirements to ensure appropriate depth and breadth of information within 91����ԭ��’s solution, making recommendations for future enhancements
• Providing guidance to 91����ԭ�� legal analysts regarding technical compliance requirements applicable to online gambling operators and suppliers
• Peer reviewing reports on technical compliance requirements, to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
• Serving as a point of contact to clarify technical compliance requirements with regulatory authorities in applicable jurisdictions

Your Profile:

• Experience working in a compliance role at a regulated gambling operator or technology provider
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and classify complex regulations and technical standards
• Solid understanding of igaming industry including knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements and how they impact various types of companies in the online gambling industry, including but not limited to online casino software and game providers 
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred

• Manages competing/conflicting priorities effectively  whilst  being  commercially sound
• Good verbal and written communication skills
